- How does the controller work?
- Depending on the event, the controller is connected to a common power source. Once connected, it emits a signal to light up with effects, by zone or by color.
- Is the controller included?
- Controllers are purchased separately.
- Does it include batteries?
- Each wristband includes 2 CR2032 batteries, which are also replaceable.
- What is the battery life?
- 12 hours with the LED on.
- Can it be shipped anywhere?
- Shipping can be done to any part of Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, among other Latin American countries.
- How many zones can I control?
- Up to 10.
- How long should I wait to receive my order?
- Depending on the quantity, it goes through a production process, as well as customization and shipping.
